A building package is not a folder of DXFs. It is cutting files, profile sheets, molds, booklets, sketches, drawings and lists that agree with each other — prepared by an engineer, checked, and delivered under one certificate.

01Plate cutting filesDXF per your cutter template, layer conventions per cutting supplier. Contours, marking and scribe lines, part names — plus the cutting list your nesting software reads. Grid and waterline markings to your own spacing (up to five waterlines), an orientation arrow on every part and naming built from the fields you choose, all at no charge. Bend lines with radius marks, weld markings, bevels and double-sided printing are being finished — see the roadmap.Plates · CNC
02Profile cutting listThe cutting plan for bar stock: every profile packed into your own stock lengths, with kerf and end-trim allowed for, bar by bar and cut by cut. It comes with an A3 sheet for the cutter — every stock bar drawn to scale, part numbers and lengths, every cut position, and the offcut with its length so a worthwhile remnant reaches the rack. That packing IS the profile nesting, so there is no separate nesting line and no separate charge.Profiles · bar
03Purchase listsWhat to order, both sides of the package: plate stock summed per material and thickness, profile bars counted per project. Ready to send to your supplier after your own check.Ordering

05Molds, jigs & templatesPlates: 2D molds for single-curved plates, 3D molds for formed plates, MDF jig frames sized to sheet stock, and a mold list stating the placement side. Bent profiles get a faceplate template instead — the unrolled flat pattern on an A3 sheet, cut from 6 mm MDF and used as the moulding jig and the shape check.Forming

Before the first project we record how your floor works. Every file after that is produced to that record, so the package drops into your process without changing it. Nothing to rename, nothing to re-sort, no new conventions to learn.

What we accept

3DMDWGSTEPIGES

A 3D model — 3DM (Rhino), DWG, STEP or IGES — together with the basic design drawings. That covers models from MasterShip and ShipConstructor directly, and Siemens NX or Solid Edge via STEP. That is the whole intake; there is nothing to prepare on your side.

Steel, aluminium and stainless: S235, S355 and AH36-class grades; 5083-type aluminium (H111/H321); 316L stainless.

Model in a system that does not export cleanly to these formats — Cadmatic, for example? The Lab prepares that project in the software it was modelled in, at a fixed price per project.

Models and data are stored and processed in the European Union.

The quality gate

Incoming models are checked before work starts — open surfaces and similar defects surface at intake, not on the floor. What we repair is recorded; what we exclude is reported. Never silently.

The completeness certificate that ships with the delivery states what was checked, the counts, and what was excluded and why.

Questions from the floor

What do you need to start?

A 3D model — 3DM, DWG, STEP or IGES — and the basic design drawings. MasterShip and ShipConstructor models come in directly; Siemens NX and Solid Edge via STEP. We confirm the scope and return a fixed quote for the project.

Do we need to run any software?

No. You send a model and receive files and documents. There is no software to operate and no correction sessions to attend.

What happens to model errors?

Incoming models pass a data-quality gate; open surfaces and similar defects are caught at intake. Repairs and exclusions are reported, never silent.

Will the files match our conventions?

Yes. Stock sizes, cutter templates, marking conventions, assembly steps and file structure are configured per company before we produce.

Which materials do you handle?

Steel in S235, S355 and AH36-class grades, aluminium such as 5083 H111/H321, and 316L stainless. Formed and bent parts are told apart and routed accordingly.

How do we know the package is complete?

Every delivery carries a completeness certificate: what was checked, the counts, and what was excluded and why.
