Privacy

What we do with your data, where it lives and what your rights are — without legal fog.

Who is responsible

The controller is Marevol B.V., trading as Tekwork, Chamber of Commerce 95361693. For anything on this page, info@tekwork.nl reaches us.

The contact form and quote requests

What you send through the contact form — name, company, email address and your message — is used to answer your request and prepare a quote. Nothing else. The message arrives as an email in our mailbox. A model you attach is stored in our EU storage and automatically deleted after 90 days, unless it becomes part of a commissioned project.

The portal and project data

For a commission we create an account for you: name, business email address and login credentials, with two-step verification if you want it. Models and project data you supply are used solely for the agreed work preparation. You can delete your own uploaded models at any time. The delivered package, the completeness certificate and the register of what happened are retained — the free corrections depend on them.

Invoicing

For invoices we process the company and contact details needed for them. Invoices and the related records are kept for as long as the statutory fiscal retention obligation requires.

Cookies

This site sets one functional cookie: your language choice. No tracking, no advertising cookies, no profiles. The portal additionally uses a functional session cookie to keep you signed in. If visitor statistics ever arrive, they will be cookieless: visits are counted, visitors are not followed.

Where your data lives

Everything is stored and processed within the European Union: hosting and storage at OVHcloud (France), email sent from within the EU. Nothing goes to countries outside the EU/EEA. Your models and data are never used to train AI models, and nothing is sold or passed on — not yours, and not your visitors'.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. One mail to info@tekwork.nl is enough. If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This page changes when the practice changes, not before.
